Yesterday, June 25, at 15:12, An-124 “Ruslan” transport aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces (RA-82030) landed at Minsk National Airport. The aircraft arrived from Ulyanovsk, Russia.
The aircraft stayed in Belarus for almost a day. On June 26 at 13:03, it flew back to Russia and at 14:15 landed at Vnukovo airport.
It’s unknown what was the purpose for the arrival of the An-124 to Belarus, this could be a commercial flight. Previously, such aircraft brought a batch of Tochka-U missile systems, missiles for Iskander missile system, and other ammunition. However, at that time An-124 arrived at military airfields.
It should also be noted that there is an aircraft repair plant at Minsk National Airport, where this aircraft arrived. It could have brought there some spare parts or anything of military needs.
