Today, June 3, the official journal of the European Union published decisions of the Council of Europe to extend sanctions against Russia and Belarus due to Russia’s military aggression against Ukraine.

The EU sanctions were imposed against the following entities: 

— Belaruskali;

— Belarusian Potash Company;

— Inter Tobacco;

— Naftan;

— Grodno Tobacco Factory Neman;

— Beltamozhservice;

— Belkommunmash;

— Belteleradio Company.

The sanctions also apply to new individuals: 

Igor Karpenko (Chairperson of the Central Commission of the Republic of Belarus on Elections and Holding Republican Referenda);

— Dmitry and Vitaliy Oleksin (the sons of Aleksei Oleksin);

— Bogoljub Karić;

— Andrey Sych;

— Denis Mikushev; 

— Nikolai Dolya;

— Andrei Parshin;

— propagandists: Igor Tur, Lyudmila Gladkaya, and Grigoriy Azaryonok; 

Ivan Golovaty (Director-General of Belaruskali).

In addition, Belinvestbank will be disconnected from SWIFT system.

We should especially note that Belteleradio Company came under the EU sanctions.

Because of this, all propaganda resources on global platforms must be blocked and all contacts with them must be stopped: no supplies of equipment and no permission to show any foreign movies, TV series or sports/music events.
