Aviation activity
- Helicopter and aircraft crews practiced the tasks of suppressing air defense, strikes on command posts, accumulations of equipment and manpower of the conditional enemy at the 210th aviation training ground Ruzhanski within the framework of tactical flight exercises of Russia and Belarus.
- During the day, high aviation activity was recorded all over Belarus. The airfields of the Belarusian Air Force in Machulishchy, Baranavichy, Lida, Babruisk, Vosautsy, as well as Brest airport, were involved in the exercises.
- Flights of A-50U AEW&C aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces, as well as two MiG-31K fighters (they took off from Machulishchy airfield twice during the day) were recorded.
- Soldiers of the 38th Air Assault Brigade performed a training landing from an IL-76MD aircraft of the Belarusian Air Force at the Brestski training ground.
Rail activity
There was almost no rail activity recorded.
Movements by road
No large columns with military vehicles of the Russian Armed Forces or Belarusian Armed Forces were recorded. Small columns and single vehicles were recorded in Minsk, near Baranavichy, and on the M10 highway (Dobrush-Russian border section).

General conclusion
The conclusion on the current situation made in the report for January 23 remains valid. It should be noted that the tactical flight exercises of Belarus and Russia are coming to an end, they will be completed on February 1. It is not yet known whether aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces, which take part in the exercise, will return to their permanent deployment points in Russia.
