Aviation activity
- Aviation activity was recorded at Machulishchy, Lida, Baranavichy and Barautsy airfields. Training flights of aircraft and helicopters of the Belarusian Air Force and Russian Aerospace Forces were held.
- Flights of A-50U AEW&C aircraft and MiG-31K of the Russian Aerospace Forces were recorded at Machulishchy airfield.
- A passenger aircraft Tu-154M of the Russian Aerospace Forces arrived at Machulishchy airfield.
- Two military transport aircraft Il-76 of the Russian Aerospace Forces (arrived in Belarus on February 12) flew from Machulishchy airfield to Mozdok (Russia).
Rail activity
Two military cargo trains with equipment of the Belarusian Armed Forces were recorded. The first one was moving along the route Vitsebsk-Mahiliou-Homel, the second one — along the route Brest-Baranavichy-Vitsebsk.
Most likely, this is the rotation of units of the 103rd Airborne Brigade of the Belarusian Armed Forces, which protect the border with Ukraine. The previous rotation took place 2 months ago.
Movements by road
- No large columns (10+ units) with military vehicles of the Russian Armed Forces were recorded. Single vehicles and small columns of the Russian Armed Forces were spotted in Minsk, Baranavichy, and on some sections of the R2 and M1 highways (Baranavichy → Minsk).
- No large columns (10+ units) with military vehicles of the Belarusian Armed Forces were recorded. Single vehicles and small columns of the Belarusian Armed Forces were spotted in Minsk, Minsk district, and on some sections of the M1 M3, M2 and R46 highways.
- A unit of the Air Defence Forces of Belarus was redeployed to Luninets airfield (at least 2 S-300 SAM systems).

General conclusion
The conclusion on the situation made in the report for February 6 remains valid.
Since the beginning of March 2022, units of the Belarusian Armed Forces have been providing additional protection of the border with Ukraine on a rotational basis. On average, units stay in the border areas for 2-2,5 months, after which they are rotated. Previous major rotations of the Belarusian Armed Forces were recorded in December, October and July 2022.
