According to motolko.help, the UAE national airline Etihad Airways has terminated cooperation with Belavia. It’s known about the termination of cooperation on at least one of the routes.
What kind of termination are we talking about?
We recall that on August 9, Belavia came under the U.S. sanctions. After that, Etihad Airways stopped cooperation with Belavia on codeshare.
A codeshare agreement is an agreement between two or more airlines to operate one flight together. That is, you fly, for example, from London to Beijing with a transfer in Moscow. Airline ‘A’ takes you to Moscow, and airline ‘B’ takes you from Moscow to Beijing, but the flight is the same and, accordingly, you have the same ticket.

It is known that the codeshare agreement between Belavia and Etihad Airways was signed back in 2013, when it was reported that the airlines would jointly operate flights: Minsk-Abu Dhabi-Minsk, Abu Dhabi-Ho Chi Minh — Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi-Melbourne-Abu Dhabi, and Abu Dhabi-Sydney-Abu Dhabi. Belavia flights from Minsk to Moscow, St. Petersburg and Kyiv would also be jointly operated. By the way, Etihad Airways had previously operated direct flights to Minsk on its own.
As of today, August 18, 2023, it is no longer possible to buy a ticket from Minsk to Abu Dhabi on Etihad’s website. When trying to do so, the search shows Minsk in the list of directions, but it shows that there are no flights for any date.

The editorial staff is already aware of cases when people who faced a problem due to a termination of cooperation. They receive messages that the connecting flight to/from Minsk has been canceled, and they will have to get there by another way.
With which other companies does Belavia cooperate on codeshare agreement?
Belavia’s website has a list of their partner airlines, including those with which they have a codeshare agreement.

We note that the list has not been updated for a long time, and it still includes cooperation with, for example, Latvia’s AirBaltic, which stopped cooperation with Belavia in 2021, and now the AirBaltic website doesn’t even mention flights to Minsk when searching for tickets.
Nevertheless, this list allows us to understand with which companies Belavia had codeshare cooperation earlier, and these are 11 airlines:

Of all 11 airlines, some don’t show Minsk in the search at all, while others show that there are no tickets. In fact, even the Russian S7 stopped codeshare cooperation with Belavia. Now it is impossible to buy tickets from Russia to Minsk and back, although the Belarusian air carrier is listed as a partner on the website of S7.
