Locations where Russian military equipment was seen from February 8 to 13, 2022 / motolko.help

Based on information from open sources collected for the period from February 7 to 13 2022, it can be concluded that the number of weapons, military and special equipment coming to the territory of Belarus to participate in the joint exercise «Union Resolute-2022» exceeds that actually deployed for training and combat tasks. The highest concentration of Russian troops was observed in Minsk, Gomel, and Brest Regions (including areas bordering Ukraine).

It is noteworthy that Russian troops keep coming to the territory of Belarus, despite the fact that joint exercises are already in their fifth day. Equipment arrives by both rail and air transport. As a result, it is impossible to give an accurate estimate of the number of Russian military contingent on the territory of Belarus, including the number of arriving servicemen.

In addition, we note that the coverage of the «Union Resolve – 2022» joint exercise is not fully transparent. For example, there is evidence of attempts to conceal the movement of Russian military equipment from stationary means of video recording. There is also limited information about the actions of troops in so-called «terrain areas» (e.g., Pinsk, Palessie, Mozyr, Gomel, etc.). In addition to all of the above, there continues to be aggravation of information regarding the withdrawal of Russian troops after the end of the «Union Resolve – 2022» joint exercise. We tell you where Russian troops were seen from February 8 to 13.
