Alfa-Bank (Belarus) reports that their Mastercard cards can again be used to pay abroad, to add the card to a smartphone, to pay in Yandex, App Store and other foreign services.
At the same time, «you may still face problems when paying in services that have decided to limit operations on cards of Belarusian banks or leave our country.»
