The communication troops of the Belarusian Armed Forces return to their permanent deployment points after participation in the «Union Resolve — 2022» exercise, the press service of the Defense Ministry reports.
They provided communications for control of missile forces and artillery units during launches of missile systems.
«The communication units of the Union State, when carrying out joint tasks, ensured the qualitative coupling of communication systems of different levels and provided counter communication services of all kinds,» according to a press release from the Belarusian Ministry of Defense.
The official date for the completion of the exercise is February 20. The timeline for the withdrawal of Russian troops has not yet been announced.
