Aviation activity
A passenger Tu-134 aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces (RA-65989) arrived at Machulishchy airfield. In the evening, it flew to Chkalovsky airfield (Russia). A flight of Mi-24 helicopter of the Belarusian Air Force was also recorded.
Rail activity
- Active movements of equipment of the Russian Armed Forces by rail continued. Russian military cargo trains were spotted on the Stoubtsy-Baranavichy line, as well as in Homel (2 trains), Baranavichy (2 trains), Asipovichy, Orsha and Minsk.
- According to preliminary data, another military cargo train of the Russian Armed Forces arrived in Vitsebsk. The train included 40 cars (15 passenger cars, 10 freight cars and 15 flatcars). In total, at least 750 people could have been transferred.
Movements by road
- No large columns of the Russian Armed Forces were recorded. Small columns (up to 5 vehicles) and single vehicles were recorded moving along the M1 highway on the sections Stoubtsy-Baranavichy and Biaroza-Ivatsevichy. Insignificant movements of the Russian Armed Forces were recorded in Vitsebsk and Mazyr.
- At night, tanks of the 19th Mechanized Brigade were recorded moving in the Barysau district. The hardware was moving towards the Barysauski training ground to conduct exercises.

General conclusions
Intensive movements of the Russian Armed Forces by rail continue. The nature of movements indicates:
- regrouping of Russian troops in Belarus;
- rotation of part of the Russian contingent, which was trained at the training grounds of the Belarusian Armed Forces.
At the moment, Russia is not yet accumulating its troops near the border with Ukraine.
