- Aviation activity was recorded at Machulishchy, Baranavichy, and Asautsy airfields. Intensive flights of aircraft and helicopters of the Belarusian Air Force and Russian Aerospace Forces were recorded.
- Five Mi-24 helicopters of the Belarusian Air Force returned to Machulishchy airfield from Asautsy airfield.
- An-12BK military transport aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces (RF-90787) flew from Machulishchy airfield to Levashovo airfield (Russia).
Rail activity
- A train with two 122-mm 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers was spotted at Ros station.
- The information about the departure of the military cargo train with equipment of the Russian Armed Forces from Palonka station on May 14, as well as the information about the arrival of two Russian military cargo trains at the same station (May 15-16), was confirmed.
- On May 17, a military cargo train of the Russian Armed Forces went from Zaslonava station to Gukovo station (Rostov oblast, Russia).
- On May 18, a military cargo train with equipment of the Russian Armed Forces arrived at Zaslonava station (Vitsiebsk region, Belarus) from Volnovakha station (Donetsk oblast, Ukraine).
Movements by road
- No large columns (10+ pieces) with military vehicles of the Russian Armed Forces were recorded. Single vehicles and small columns of the Russian Armed Forces were spotted in Minsk and on some sections of the M1 highway.
- No large columns (10+ pieces) with military vehicles of the Belarusian Armed Forces were recorded. Single vehicles and small columns of the Belarusian Armed Forces were spotted in Minsk, Machulishchy, Palonka, and on some sections of the R53, R122 highways.

The conclusion on the situation made in the report for May 15 remains valid.
We note that during the new wave of rotation, which began on May 12 (with the formation of a train with personnel and equipment of the Russian Armed Forces at Asipovichy-1 station), at least three trains with personnel and equipment of the Russian Armed Forces left Belarus. In turn, at least three military cargo trains with equipment and personnel of the Russian Armed Forces also arrived in Belarus during the past week.
The trains were departing from Asipovichy-1 station (Asipovichski training ground), Zaslonava station (Liepielski training ground) and Palonka station (Obuz-Liasnouski training ground), while arriving at Palonka station (Obuz-Liasnouski training ground) and Zaslonava station (Liepielski training ground).
It should be noted that during the current wave of rotation of the Russian Armed Forces, there is still parity in the number of troops and equipment withdrawn and brought in.
