Blogger Mikhail Tsyhankou was detained on January 28, and a video of him appeared in pro-governmental telegram channels. In the video, the man said that he worked as a programmer at EPAM, attended protest marches in August 2020, was a member of the Infopoint chat room and sent information on the movement of security forces.
