The editors of Motolko.help received a part of the document on innovations in the labor regulations of the mobile operator MTS. The document says that employees will now be subjected to disciplinary sanctions even without receiving an explanation from them.
In addition, employees are prohibited from participating or calling for their colleagues to participate in strike and, moreover, it appears from the data obtained that administrative arrest is no longer a valid reason for absence from work.

Does this mean that Vladislav Andreichenko, the new director of MTS, is trying to ‘tighten the screws’? The lawyer with whom we consulted believes that the internal regulations of MTS were simply brought into line with the «Labour Code» of the 2021 model. Thus, Part 2 of Article 199 of the LC states:
The employee's refusal to give a written explanation and the impossibility of obtaining an explanation from him about the disciplinary offence committed are not obstacles to the application of a disciplinary sanction and are formalized by an act indicating the witnesses present at the time.
The norms of the Labour Code are also duplicated about strikes and administrative arrest. The last «political» changes were made to the LC quite recently — in May 2021. As for the amendment number «1.1.2», it is associated with the adoption of the law on personal data.
We remind that since September of this year, Vladislav Andreichenko, the son of Vladimir Andreichenko, Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus, has been appointed the director of Mobile TeleSystems. To date, MTS is the only mobile operator in Belarus, the controlling stake of which belongs to the state.
