On July 22, the U.S. Postal Service suspends mail delivery to Belarus due to widespread cancellations and restrictions into the area. It’s said that already deposited items, other than Global Express Guarantee, will be returned.

The same applies to the financial costs – customers are entitled to a full refund of their postage costs when service is suspended. At the same time, it’s reported that the postal service suspension does not affect military and diplomatic mail.
