Activist Piotr Markelau cut two night tables with an axe in IKEA in Prague as a protest

Belarusian activist Piotr Markelau held an action in IKEA in Prague. He put a tape around the furniture and cut two night tables, which, according to witnesses, were made in Belarus, with an axe. Then he poured paint over them and announced over a loudspeaker in English that he did it as a protest against the cooperation of IKEA with the regime in Belarus.

As a result, the activist was arrested.
