Aliaksandr Vasilevich, the co-owner of the advertising agency Vondel/Hepta and Mint Media, was released in the courtroom.
His trial began on January 24 and was held behind closed doors. Vasilevich was accused of tax evasion on a large scale (Part 2 of Article 243 of the Criminal Code). The court found Vasilevich guilty and sentenced him to three years in a penal colony, but he was released in the courtroom due to statute of limitations for criminal responsibility.

Vasilevich was detained in August 2020. He was sentenced to administrative arrest when he tried to file documents for vouch for Viktar Babaryka, and some time after his release he was detained in a criminal case. Vasilevich was recognized a political prisoner.
