General conclusion
The conclusion on the situation made in the report for February 6 remains valid.
We should also note that the Russian Armed Forces are more and more using the infrastructure of the Belarusian Armed Forces for the training of their mobilized soldiers. For example, the Russian military began to be trained at the 72nd joint training center of the Belarusian Armed Forces. This was not reported earlier. This indicates both an increase in the training of the Russian military in Belarus and a lack of training infrastructure in the Russian Armed Forces. First of all, in order to train specialists in operating various types of combat vehicles (tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, etc.).
We note that previously the «occupation» of military training grounds in Belarus by the Russian military forced units of the Belarusian Armed Forces to avoid using them during the sudden inspection of combat readiness.
Also, there is information from Baranavichy that servicemen with symbols of the PMC Wagner are spotted in the town. It is not known whether these servicemen are indeed related to the PMC. However, this fact may be an indirect confirmation that the prisoners recruited by the PMC Wagner, among others, are trained in Belarus. At the moment, this is an assumption that requires further confirmation and verification.
Changes in the size of the group of the Russian Armed Forces in Belarus: no data.
