Aviation activity

  • A military transport An-12 aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces (RF-12560) flew from Baranavichy airfield to Russia.
  • During the first day of tactical flight exercises of the Belarusian and Russian Armed Forces in Belarus, there was no flight of a fighter or a helicopter.

Rail activity

Intensity of movements of military equipment of the Russian Armed Forces by rail decreased even more. During the day, movements of military cargo trains of the Russian Armed Forces with equipment and passenger cars were recorded only in the Orsha district, Vitsebsk region.

Movements by road

  • No large columns with military equipment of the Russian Armed Forces were recorded, only single vehicles were spotted in Homel and along the R12 highway (Kletsk→Niasvizh).
  • Movements of the Belarusian Armed Forces were more intensive. 7-10 groups of vehicles of the Belarusian Armed Forces, each consisting of 3-5 vehicles (MAZ trucks and Dongfeng Mengshi armored vehicles, aka «Belarusian hammers»), were spotted moving from Ivatsevichy towards Brest along the M1 highway. The total number of vehicles moving towards Brest is from 21 to 50 vehicles. Single movements of Ural trucks of the Belarusian Armed Forces were also recorded in Minsk.
