It is reported that during the meeting they considered bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen and develop them, and also discussed a number of issues of mutual interest. What exactly was discussed at the meeting and the results of the negotiations are not reported.
It is noteworthy that, at the time of publishing, either on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, nor on the website of the NOC of the Republic of Belarus, there is no information about the foreign visit of Lukashenko’s son. The last visit reported by the National Olympic Committee took place on November 2, when Viktor Lukashenko went to Uzbekistan, where a regional forum of the heads of the National Olympic committees of the CIS, Baltic states and Georgia was held. A Memorandum of Understanding on sports cooperation between the NOCs of Belarus and Uzbekistan was also signed there.
Viktor Lukashenko in Uzbekistan, November 2 / noc.by
We know that on November 1, the day before the summit, a Dassault Falcon 900EX board with registration number RA-09610 arrived in Uzbekistan. Previously, this board belonged to the Ukrainian oligarch Viktor Medvedchuk (with him, this board had the registration number P4-GEM). From Uzbekistan, the plane on November 4 flew to the capital of Qatar — Doha. Thanks to this information, it can be assumed that Viktor Lukashenko is now actively using Medvedchuk’s former plane. Just now this board took off from Moscow Vnukovo airport to Doha.
