Today we will tell you how Viktar Lukashenka flew to celebrate his birthday in Abu Dhabi and why Makei, Volfovich, and Khrenin were sent to Armenia not on a comfortable business jet or at least on a Belavia plane, but on a military freighter.

In July 2022, we wrote that the aircraft was stuck in Geneva (Switzerland) due to sanctions imposed against the business jets with Russian registration. This Gulfstream is still in Switzerland without any movement and with hidden registration plates.

Gulfstream G450 – T7-GIV (previously T7-BRG) – Taras Kozak and his family
The board of Ukrainian MP Taras Kozak, who is hiding abroad and is accused of high treason in his homeland, and is also an associate of infamous Viktor Medvedchuk. Both businessmen have close ties and common business interests with Nikolai Vorobei, a friend of the Lukashenka family. The plane was also arrested in spring 2022 and is in storage in Geneva.

The plane of «arms dealer» Aleksandr Zingman lost its Isle of Man registration in March 2022. But the owner was «lucky» that the plane was not in the European Union at that time, and after three months of idle, Zingman continued his activities in Africa on the same plane, but already with the Aruba registration number – P4-777.
Right now the plane is in Palma de Mallorca (Spain).

Gulfstream G450 – OE-ITE – Aleksei Chulets
Nikolai Vorobei’s Estonian business partner hid his plane in the USA in July 2022, but on November 7 the plane returned to Tallinn and from that moment on it went back to its old ways in the interests of the former owner. The aircraft is actively flying around the EU (Tallinn/London/Istanbul/Geneva/Tallinn). The aircraft is in Tallinn now.
Earlier this plane was used by Nikolai Vorobei as a replacement while his plane was being serviced, as well as Taras Kozak and his family.

This aircraft had suspended flights since April 2022, but showed up again on October 26. The aircraft from storage immediately flew to Tallinn, where they together with OE-ITE have a formal home port. And then again active operation began on the «usual» routes for its owner (Switzerland/Austria/Turkey/UAE/Bahrain).
The aircraft is in Istanbul now.

It is notable that the passengers of this business jet were Viktar Lukashenka and his family, Aleksei Oleksin, Taras Kozak and his family.
Judging by the continued activity of OE-ITE and OE-ITA flights in the interests of these persons, the European sanctions have still not taken effect since May 2021.

A well-known government business jet constantly flies in the interests of Lukashenka’s sons, and from time to time the Prime Minister is allowed to use it (if he is flying on it for common business with his sons).

For example, not long ago, Viktar and Dmitry Lukashenka visited Baku together, celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Azerbaijan NOC (since both are functionaries in the Belarusian NOC).
And just this morning, November 23, the media noticed that this aircraft took off from Minsk at 00:51 MSK and with an intermediate stop in Baku headed for the capital of the United Arab Emirates – Abu Dhabi, where the plane is right now.
It is notable that quite recently there was another visit to the UAE, which somehow did not get any attention. Although at that time three of the mentioned planes met in the Emirates for a few days.

According to our data, Viktar Lukashenka was on board of the government plane at that time, although there was no information about his visit in official channels.
You may ask, «What could Viktar Lukashenka, Aleksandr Zingman and Nikolai Vorobei possibly do in Dubai?» And everything is quite simple here, for example, celebrating birthday of Aleksei Oleksin or Liliya Lukashenka (both have it on October 29 – ed.).
It is also interesting that official government delegations of Belarus, even those including Prime Minister Golovchenko, usually fly on Belavia charter flights. For example, from November 22 to November 24, such a delegation visits Iran and Syria, the aircraft EW-514PO is out of the regular schedule for at least three days.
Given the current situation with Belavia aircraft, when the airline simply has no «free» planes, the business jet EW-301PJ still remains available only for the chosen ones.
At the same time, high-ranking Belarusian officials (Makei, Volfovich, Khrenin) were sent to Armenia on November 22 for a number of important events (a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers, the Council of Defense Ministers, the Committee of Secretaries of the CSTO Security Councils and sessions of the CSTO Collective Security Council) on a rough military transport IL-76 of the Belarusian Air Force with theregistration number EW-004DE.

At the same time, in the morning of November 23, Lukashenka left for Yerevan to a session of the CSTO Collective Security Council on his Boeing 767-32K(ER) — EW-001PB – alone.
