In the evening on April 12, a Bombardier Challenger 850 business jet with registration number EW-301PJ, operated by Belavia, returned from Kazan to Minsk. The aircraft landed at MSQ at 21:29, Minsk time.

Before that, the plane has been idle for about half a year, and at the end of March it conducted training flights, after which it went to Kazan for two weeks, where, apparently, it passed tech inspection. The service center of Tatarstan’s Tulpar Technik Ltd, which is the official service center of the Canadian Bombardier company for servicing business jets, is located in Kazan.
Here we should ask: on what grounds does a representative of a Canadian company serves the plane of Belavia, which is under the EU and Swiss sanctions?
However, this is not just another Belavia aircraft. According to Planespotters, this plane is the property of Lukashenka’s government.

And the most interesting thing is that previously the plane was used by:
- Roman Golovchenko. During a visit to Armenia on October 9, 2020, and a meeting with Mikhail Mishustin on January 26, 2021 in Moscow;
- Aleksei Oleksin;
- And even Dmitry Lukashenka. He flew on this plane on his African tour, where he was with Zingman.
It is also worth noting that despite such passengers, the plane has no corresponding livery in state colors, which makes it the most unremarkable at the «dictatorial» fleet.

Given all the mentioned above, we should ask Bombardier: On what grounds is the plane of an illegitimate government, used by sanctioned individuals, who were directly or indirectly involved in the war in Ukraine, served?
Separately, on March 4, 2022, Bombardier wrote in its statement that it was concerned about the events in Ukraine, that it had suspended all activities with Russian customers, including all forms of technical assistance, and would continue to adhere to international laws, regulations and sanctions, as they evolved.
Unfortunately, we can state that the company’s words do not correspond to its actions. You can ask questions about Lukashenka’s government board service on social networks: Twitter, Instagram, Facebook.
