He was arrested a year ago, severely beaten and charged under three articles of the Criminal Code: art.342 («Organizing and preparation of acts that grossly violate public order, or taking an active part in same«), art.361 («Calls to perform acts detrimental to national of the Republic of Belarus«), art. 295-3 («Illegal activities involving objects whose damaging effects are based on the use of flammable substances»).
