Hajun Project published a situation report on military activity on the territory of Belarus as of 07:00 March 26.
Intensive movement of convoys of military equipment of the Russian Armed Forces on the territory of Belarus (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, etc.) continues. These are convoys mainly consisting of KamAZ and Ural trucks.
This morning, a large column of Russian trucks with “V” marks was moving from Rechitsa (Gomel region) along the M10 highway, then turned onto the Gomel bypass road to the M8 highway. pic.twitter.com/VgmR0c5wRJ

The movement of convoys of fuel tankers of the Russian Armed Forces (here and here), as well as of the Rosgvardiya is recorded. All vehicles are marked with an identification mark «V».
The transportation of missiles for Iskander missile system was recorded again. This time near the city of Gomel. In total, the convoy may have contained about six containers with missiles for the Iskander system. The presence (or absence) of missiles in the containers is not known.
18:30 (Minsk time)
Long KamAZ trucks, which could carry Iskander missiles, were spotted at the intersection of M10 and M8 highways near Gomel. The vehicles were moving from Gomel towards Rechitsa (Gomel region).

Russian Armed Forces are still transporting equipment by rail. For example, trains of equipment were spotted in Yelsk (Gomel region) and Gomel. It was reported that light armored vehicles (including BMP) and a large number of trucks were on the platforms. The large number of trucks can be due to: 1) large losses of the Russian Armed Forces in equipment; and 2) the need for logistics support for a large group of troops. Also, Russian Railways cars with «dangerous goods» signs, as well as tankers with jet fuel were spotted in trains.
Sabotage on the railroad continues, which creates obstacles for the transportation of military equipment and ammunition for the Russian Armed Forces.
Aircraft flight activity with the same frequency was recorded at military airfields in Baranavichy (Brest region), Luninets (Brest region), and the village of Vialiki Bokau (Mazyr district, Gomel region). We also note that at least one An-124 Ruslan transport aircraft arrived at the military airfield in Machulishchy (Minsk region). It is not known exactly what cargo was delivered by the aircraft. Previously, such planes were used to deliver equipment and ammunition (including missiles for tactical missile systems).
Strikes on the territory of Ukraine by tactical missile systems continue. Thus, about 9 missile launches were recorded from the territory of the Mazyr district, 6 from the Khoiniki district, and 8 from the Kalinkavichy district. Two missile launches from the territory of the Kalinkavichy district were captured on photos (here and here).
There are reports that the emergency room of Mazyr City Hospital is periodically closed due to the reception of wounded soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces. It is also reported that there is a steady flow of seriously wounded people who are admitted to the hospital.
Minor movements of the Belarusian Armed Forces were recorded. For example, air defense systems were spotted near Brest; missile artillery systems were spotted in the Minsk district. A small convoy was also seen in Polatsk. Movements are happening due to the ongoing exercise involving some units of the Belarusian Armed Forces.
❗️S-300PS missile system division of the Belarusian Armed Forces was seen near Brest.
Today at 12:20 (Minsk time), a column of Belarusian military equipment was moving from Brest towards Kamianiets (Brest region) along the R-83 highway.
