This was reported by Radio Svaboda. It’s reported that after Biden’s speech, the U.S. President’s team led Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya to a room where Biden was. Tsikhanouskaya was the only person who entered the room.
This is their second meeting. They met for the first time in July 2021 in the White House.
