Dzmitry Shkred is a 23-year-old freelance IT-specialist engaged in web-development. His father Aliaksandr is 51 years old, he works as a locksmith at the Atlant plant. Both are accused of participating in protests and being subscribed to «extremist» Telegram channels.

Just this week, four more videos with a whole family arrested appeared in Telegram channels of GUBOPiK [The Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption – ed.]: the family of Shestserau – the owner of the Aerobelservice, the Haro family, the Volchak family and the family of unknown people (October 20).
Also, several families have been sentenced over the past two weeks. Only on October 13, four families were tried on the same day – most of the defendants were sent to penal colonies [settlements used to exile prisoners – ed.], despite the fact that some had several children.
