Application against Aliaksandr Lukashenka filed in the Hague Court

Polish lawyer Tomasz Wilinski submitted an application to the International Court of Justice in The Hague against Aliaksandr Lukashenka and the heads of several law enforcement agencies, the People’s Anti-Crisis Management reports. The lawyer calls on the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague to initiate an investigation.

It is reported that the application submitted includes 160 pages of justification and 40,000 pages of documents in appendix. It is known that earlier Tomasz Wilinski submitted application to the National Prosecutor’s Office of Poland against Aliaksandr Lukashenka on suspicion of genocide and crimes against humanity.
