The editorial office of motolko.help received a document dated May 17 on the availability of Korean antigen tests for COVID-19 at Belmedtechnika. In the document, Dmitriy Strazdin, the General Director of the institution, writes that these tests – «Humasis COVID-19/Ag Test» in packs of 25 units – are produced by the South Korean company Humasis.

The website of the company says that the shelf life of these tests is 18 months from the date of production. This means that antigen tests purchased by Belmedtekhnika were produced in December 2020, and their shelf life expires next month – on June 13, 2022. And, judging by what we have read in the document, Belmedtekhnika is aware of this.
Perhaps this fact is the reason for the Ministry of Health’s new ban on PCR-testing in private laboratories – they need to do something with their own tests.
