The Professional Union of Belarusians in Britain (PUBB) reports that on December 23, the world’s leading tire manufacturer Pirelli Group decided to stop partnership with BMZ.
After several months of communication and verification of the employees’ rights situation at Belarusian Steel Plant (BMZ), Pirelli Group, the world leading tire producer, on 23 December 2021, confirmed to the Professional Union of Belarusians in Britain that Pirelli Group decided “to stop the commercial relations with BMZ”.

Pirelli Group produces tires, among other things, for Formula 1 racing and is one of the main customers of Belmet GmbH, the BMZ’s Austrian subsidiary.
Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya recently said that, 32 companies (including British American Tobacco, Rolls Royce, Scandia Steel, Becker Group, Hansen & Rosenthal and others) have already stopped cooperating with the regime.
