«My deepest condolences to the government and people of Ukraine after at least 18 persons were killed in a helicopter crash this morning, including the Minister of Interior. My heart is with the victims and their families. We are mourning with you after this terrible tragedy,» Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya wrote.
This morning, a helicopter of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine crashed in Brovary. It crashed near a kindergarten and an apartment building.
18 people died, including three children. 29 people were injured, of whom 15 were children. Minister of Internal Affairs Denis Monastyrskyi, First Deputy Minister Yevgeny Yenin and State Secretary Yury Lubkovich died in the crash.
