The Ministry of Architecture and Construction of Belarus terminated the conformity certificates of four Main Contractors of the developer Dana Astra (Dana Holdings).
The information is published on the website of Belstroicenter. It is said that since August 13, certificates for the construction of facilities from the following companies have been revoked: Osliabia LLC, VictoriaGarantStroi LLC, YARKIDA LLC and ARESA-SERVICE-STROI CJSC.
In total, they built more than 10 residential buildings in the residential complex Minsk-Mir. Without valid certificates, they cannot continue construction. We are told that Dana Astra hides this information from shareholders.
We recall, on August 9, Dana Astra came under US sanctions. All property and assets of individuals and legal entities that fell under sanctions were automatically blocked in the United States, and US citizens are forbidden to conduct any financial transactions with them.
In addition, yesterday it became known that the tenants of the premises in the shopping center Dana Mall began to receive letters from European suppliers with a request to clarify the nature of their relations with the sanctioned companies of the Karich brothers.
