Самолет, ранее принадлежавший компании, связанной с Алексеем Чульцом, теперь находится под управлением латвийской компании
According to motolko.help, a plane of Estonian business partner Nikolai Vorobei changed its registration number and ownership and was transferred under the control of a Latvian business aviation operator.
We are talking about the Gulfstream G450 business jet with the tail number OE-ITE, which has been the main aircraft of Estonian oligarch Aleksei Chulets for several years in a row. On November 20, 2023, the plane performed its first flight under a new number – YL-ATE – and flew from Vilnius to Dubai.

Everything indicates that the transfer of the plane from the Austrian Avcon Jet to the Latvian Union Aviation AS began after November 3, 2023, when the Gulfstream arrived in Riga from the UAE. Then the aircraft was in Vilnius for a short time, after which it flew «back» to the UAE.

At the moment, the OE-ITE reg. number is no longer available in Austria’s aviation register, but the data have not been updated in Latvia’s aviation register.
We should note that earlier this plane was used by Nikolai Vorobei himself as a replacement while his plane was undergoing maintenance, it was also used by Ukrainian businessman Taras Kozak and his family.
Avcon Jet still has at least one more plane directly linked to Nikolai Vorobei – an Embraer Legacy 650 (reg. number OE-ITA), which is actively flying familiar routes.
Judging by similar letters in the new registration number of the Gulfstream G450 (OE-ITE → YL-ATE), it is possible that the main user could still be Aleksei Chulets.
